Do I need a permit for a bathroom remodel?
Many bathroom remodels in New Jersey need a permit from your town's construction office, especially when plumbing or electrical work is changed, or when walls are moved. Purely cosmetic updates often don't need one. Requirements vary by town, so we'll tell you during your consultation whether your project needs a permit.
