Zeeshan and his crew constructed a pavilion in our backyard in a timely and professional manner. Zeeshan worked hard to ensure that everything was constructed well and continuously checked-in with us when making decisions. Once our pavilion was completed, we didn’t like the stain color we selected. Zeeshan graciously repainted it for us in order to make sure we were happy with the final product. I would recommend zeeshan for his services to everyone! I contacted Zeeshan to do an vinyl fence and he tried his best to make sure it was delivered in a timely fashion. When there was a mistake from the store, he still pushed through and got the materials from elsewhere the same day of install. The fence was done very very nicely and looks very neat and professionally done. He answered all my questions throughout the process at all times of the day and night. Buildsmore did a great job replacing the entire brickface, porch, and a new roof for my house. During demolition, it was determined some of the plywood was needing replacement. Instead of replacing the damaged plywood, they replaced all of the plywood for the front of the house. They finished the entire demo and rebuild of the entire facade and porch in less than 2 weeks. After the facade was completed, the work on the roof was started. The teardown of the roof and reshingling with GAF shingles was completed in a timely manner. If there were any issues during the project, Buildsmore was always available to resolve the issue in a cost effective and timely manner. Our old steps where in shambles and needed replacing asap. We contacted several contractors and we chose Buildsmore. Pricing was reasonable lower compared to others. His crew came at the time and date he said they would come. They worked nonstop, completed the job, and left the site cleaner than before they came. Buildsmore Contracting was so flexible with scheduling and easy to work with when I needed my roof replaced. Bought a home last year and the old roof was leaked. We also needed new gutters with guards, steadying of the back steps and masonry work. They did it all and power washed the driveway!
